Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services (No Returns)

As an aesthetics clinic providing professional treatments, all services are carried out in person and are non-returnable and non-refundable once performed.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Aesthetic treatments are bespoke services tailored to the individual.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

  • Once a treatment has been completed, it cannot be “returned”.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Bookings)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period when booking services online.

However:

  • By proceeding with a booking within this period, you expressly consent to the service being carried out before the 14 days expires.

  • You acknowledge that once the treatment has been performed, your right to cancel is lost.

 

3. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least [24–48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made within this timeframe: no charge.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

    • Loss of deposit, or

    • A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost.

 

4. Deposits

  • Deposits are required to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.

 

5. Unsuitable Treatment / Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if:

  • It is deemed medically unsuitable or unsafe.

  • Contraindications are identified during consultation.

In such cases:

  • A full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

 

6. Dissatisfaction & Complaints

We aim to provide high-quality treatments and client satisfaction.

If you are unhappy with your results:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

  • We may offer a review appointment and, where appropriate, corrective treatment.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

7. Faulty Products (If Applicable)

If retail products are sold alongside treatments:

  • Faulty goods may qualify for a repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receipt with evidence.

 

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is agreed:

  • It will be processed within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
